Some of my customers are older and don't really understand technology. A lot of times, they either forget to enter coupon codes or enter them in the wrong spot (ex. the PO number field) and thus don't get the discount they are expecting. I can manually add a discount to their order, but I can't attach it to a coupon code, and thus it doesn't show up when I run reports. I need to be able to go into a customer's order and apply a COUPON CODE myself, not just a discount. It would make my job at least 10 times less confusing.
