Hello, It would be extremely helpful to be able to size files on embroidery products. Right now you have to upload a .dst file for a product to show up as embroidery. But to do that you can not size the artwork in IS so as a result our products do not show a true representation of the relative scale of the artwork to the product. So the suggestion is to either allow resizing of the .dst file when placing it on the product or have the ability to identify the decoration process as embroidery or other process when setting the design on the product image.

Add customer phone number to work order and/or packing slip. many customers have given me feedback that they don't check their email. I want to send text messages that their order is ready. In fact, have SMS messaging available to send to customers when ready for pickup or shen shipped rather than just email.

It would be great if we could get more functionality when typing up product descriptions such as bullet points or colored lettering, or even line spacing. Currently whatever we type in the description box just groups all together in one big paragraph without any option so separate the info.

USE CASE: List of 25 new products I want to add to an existing store. Would be great to be able to import a list of products into a store (undecorated of course). The import would include base details for the product to include pricing and size/price variants. To decorate, after import, user would click each product to decorate as needed. Store Clone and bulk art replace feature works great for new stores, but stores that 'renew' season after season that want new products added, it would save considerable time if those products could be exported from another store (in my case a 'base' store) and then imported to avoid having to add each product individually which is terribly time consuming.

We need to have the ability to be able to have more than one coupon code used on webstores. We work with festivals and other events where they require the use of multiple codes at once as they have a members feature to their association. Which in past events those members were able to get special benefits and discounts to use on their previous stores. Now moving to use us we are not able to allow this feature. Could this be a feature that is made in the very near future?

When you "Add Payment" to an order - there should be an option to put in a customer's gift certificate. The way it is now, you just have to enter it as a cash payment and then manually adjust the gift certificate balance - there needs to be a better way to do that. You should just be able to put the GC number in there and be done with it!

Lately, we have had a bunch of orders that initially show as FAILED in our system so we cancel them and then a day or two later the payment goes through and shows in the Inksoft Payment Portal as PAID. I am suggesting having a new payment status called VERIFYING or something like that either sends an email to a contact person of our choosing or something we can filter by to catch these orders.

It would be great to set an order maximum (I see that there is an order minimum) on the store checkout. Example- A client is using the store to collect holiday orders and is only paying for one piece. Was thinking if we could set a one item limit max at checkout that would elimate some work on the back end. Thank you!!

It would be great to be able to determine items that are excluded from store commission. For example, clearance items, or Mandatory items for a sports team that the coach does not want to mark up. This would make end of month accounting so much easier.

Can we please change the way photos are handled in product pages? I would like the ability to add additional product photos that aren't tied to print locations for items that contain additional pieces (carrying cases, accessories, etc.) or to show additional features and product shots.
