It would be really great if we could include Text messaging as an option for notifications. Especially when doing pickup notifications. It should text the saved cell/mobile number in the customer CRM area. I have a lot of customers that are not getting their email notifications, because they go to their junk folder. My customers complain a lot about this. Also, most of them communicate with me via text a lot.

When adding products to stores the ability to add custom mock-up images to store product images would be a game changer. A lot of times the mock-up images created by the designer are very flat and generic and don't grab customers attention. Additionally they don't offer a way to showcase details of the products or decoration. The ability to add custom images would allow users to tailor the images to their target audience and increase sales. Situations like: Lifestyle images of the product that convert better than flat mock-ups Close up images of glitter, rhinestone, or specialty decoration methods Additional images the show product features like extra pockets Adding these custom images to specific items would allow users to maintain the current back end workflow of purchasing and production management while still boosting sales. The images could simply be tied to the products store SKU since that's all they would pertain to.

We really need the ability for an admin to manually override the calculated shipping amount on a Proposal. Weight-based shipping simply cannot accurately handle every order. For example, we have products where it costs essentially the same to ship qty 1 as qty 5, while mixed-product orders may contain items produced and shipped from different locations, requiring multiple shipments. There is no way to accurately account for both scenarios using product weights alone. Ideally, InkSoft would allow us to assign specific shipping methods/rates to specific products, which has been requested on this forum for years. In the meantime, a simple solution would be to allow admins to either: a) Override the calculated shipping total, or b) Override individual product weights on a Proposal We can already override product pricing, sales tax, and even existing print pricing calculations, so why not shipping? What makes this more frustrating is that InkSoft already allows us to manually enter the weight for Custom Line Items. Unfortunately, that isn't a usable workaround because Custom Line Items cannot have a $0 value, so we'd have to add a random charge to the Proposal just to manipulate the shipping weight. The Pickup Method also already allows us to manually set a rate on a per-Proposal basis. But using Pickup as a shipping workaround means the customer's shipping information isn't handled properly, the order doesn't flow to ShipStation as a shipment, and we lose normal tracking functionality. It seems like a relatively simple solution would be to take the manual rate functionality that already exists for Pickup Methods and make it available for Shipping Methods as well.

Please! Please! Please! "Art Notes" at the store level, and before production. At the store level, while uploading art in "Store Art" we need to be able to add notes as well as supporting attachments. These would then carry into "Production Cards" and "Jobs", showing up under the "Art Notes" and "Attachment" sections for the "Job Art" each time it's used. Ideally we could add this when uploading art to the store. Art File Colorways Art Notes Supporting Attachements .png .pdf, etc. Would also be nice to add or edit later from the "Active Art" page by selecting the drop down, 3 dot menu for each art item.

Please make it an option to select a bunch of products in a store and use bulk action to track inventory from a supplier. This would be so convenient instead of having to click into every item to select this! Thank you!

In purchasing the store should be visible in the product detail AND when you go to filter by store. The only stores that should pop up in the filter should be the stores that currently have items sitting in purchasing. There is no way to see from the purchasing menu what store the product belongs to and the list of stores to scroll through is too large. This should also be the case for manufacturers as well.

The timer (countdown) feature is very convenient for stores! It would be great to be able to do a start date AND an end date. A few customers want their store open every month the 1st -15th or some variation. In the busy times - it can be easy to miss. But if the timer (countdown) could be set to start on a certain date as well as end date, it would be really helpful.

Hi – we often get calls from a customer that says “the e-mail I received says the order should be here on xyz date” which is DIFFERENT than what our production systems says…work orders, pipeline, etc. Can we get this fixed? I’d recommend having everything reflect a ship date since shipping can take anywhere from one day to many days. We ship some that are one day and others that go across country then some to Hawaii, Alaska and International. This would really help dial in expectations for us and our customers. Here is an example from an e-mail just received this morning….. It's been a day over the original delivery date and it still says processing, I was just wondering when the new delivery date is? Phone : Email :Last Name : Banis First Name : Samantha First Name : Samantha Time : 7:03:36 PM Date : Wednesday, August 19, 2026 Store: Schools (Marty's Bag Works) BUT our production system says “ship date” of 8/18 (and yes we are a couple days overdue with this date). The customer thinks they were to have it DELIVERED by 8/18. So expectations are off. Again, if we can have everything say “ship date” that would be much better since we can’t control the shipping time and there are variables predicting that time. Thank you, Bryan

The Dashboard should show the total outstanding balance across all open orders. Currently, “Open Orders ($)” shows the total value of every open order, including orders that have already been paid. That number is useful for understanding the value of work in progress, but it does not tell a business owner how much money is actually still owed. I would like a Dashboard tile showing Outstanding Balance ($) — the combined remaining balance of all open orders that have not been paid in full. For example: OPEN ORDERS $82,450 282 open orders OUTSTANDING BALANCE $14,875 37 orders with balance due Clicking the Outstanding Balance tile could simply open Order Manager filtered to orders with a remaining balance. This is basic day-to-day financial visibility for a business. I shouldn't need to run a report to answer the question: “How much money are we currently owed?”

With 500 amazing ideas presented in the feature suggestion and only 2 or three of the ideas on the current roadmap is very frustrating. For as much as we pay per month I really wish more was getting done to upgrade the platform and implement these fantastic ideas. This is what your customers want. By making our lives easier and improving the platform you will in turn keep your current customers and they will happily recommend you to others. Please consider hiring more programmers to implement features.
