REALLY need suppliers to supply consistent sized images within style numbers. It is impossible to offer mock ups on different colors when the size of the image is so different that the print region is off the garment!! Sanmar, are you listening?

Just like the templates that are provided when you start a new store, I would like custom store templates to be able to be added... Like a combo of Cloning a store, and the Template Feature. Ideally, this would allow a store template to be set with custom products, webpages, and artwork linked to those products, so that its really quick and easy. All you would have to do from there is click the template, replace the art, adjust a few colors and done. It would be super helpful for large stores with a lot of products/logos.

I need the ability to markup and entire store by dollar amounts, not just a percent. IE every item gets marked up by $3 and/or the ability to apply a pricing rule to an entire store.

We would like to create purchase orders by design within a store instead of sku/product. Or a way to print off the work orders or production cards by design without so much paper. Essentially, if a webstore has 4 different designs, I want to be able to order the entire store, but by design, with the set up that looks like a PO so they can check in and separate by design

InkSoft needs to catchup with the DTF era, customers wants to offer 10 different designs in 10 different products. The catalog should be a clean 10 product choice, and then once in the product page, pick your design. The way it is today, this means 100 products in the catalog across 4 pages. Make that make sense, most people don't browse past the 2nd page. Does not seem like something majorly complex as far as coding, but discouraging after seeing posts asking for this dating back as far as 2020.

We really need to add the ability for the customer to add the same artwork to multiple products in the design tool (refrence "rushordertees") (similar to the already existing "+COLORS" feature but "ADD PRODUCTS TO THIS DESIGN") or in the checkout when they are reviewing their order (MAYBE even add a "suggested products" as an upsell? show them a small thumbnail of their design on a hoodie or whatever) and have the pricing grid charge according to all products with the same design. We occasionally go have a customer ask how to do this and even have had customers complain that the system charged them $30 or whatever for one shirt when the other 300 with the same design were only $9 a piece. As we know for every one who speaks up 10 stayed silent. It would be great to add this feature to increase AOV and close more orders in general!

I'd like to be able to mark orders as partially complete and partially shipped. In the case of backorders the system doesn't let you ship only some of the items. It's all or nothing. I'd like the option to say "I'm shipping the tote bags now but leave the order open because the polos won't be here til next week."

We should be able to create custom order statuses AND to go back to a different status if someone accidentally clicked "complete".

There is no way to have the PO number show up on the packing list. It makes it difficult to search for certain orders. And when I deliver orders to a customer who is reselling to her various customers she has no idea who it goes to.

Right now, signage products don’t have the same upgraded product editor that apparel does. Since most signage is digitally printed, it’d be awesome if customers could just pick a background color instead of having to drop in a full-size shape to make it appear as though the background is the color they want. Design Huddle (screenshot attached) does this really well, with a simple background color option in the left menu. They also let you show product features like pole sleeve seams, mark safe design space, and even use custom canvas shapes/die lines. Would love to see InkSoft add these kinds of features to make signage design easier and more accurate.
