Several of my schools and businesses use multiple logos or designs to offer for apparel. The worst is creating 7 Gildan shirts to show all 7 designs. It would be nice to have a front, back, right, left and like 10 blank spots to upload any image into those blank spots. Then provide a drop down so that a customer could choose color, size and design for their specific shirt. That way I create one product and the customer can select the color, size and design they want instead of creating 7 products for 7 designs. Other platforms can do this just not sure why inksoft can't.

Reworking the platform to be less reliant on caching would be an excellent. I just had a period of time where one of my sites was down due to caching and coming back from GoDaddy back to InkSoft. Not sure how this can be done. It was brought up by one of the tech team members who helped me get my situation resolved.

Example, I have a staff of 14 people which most need to do proposals but the only way to add clients is with full access which can be harmful. So I would like a feature where you can add clients, do proposals, add artwork, purchasing, payments and production without having full access to the platform.

Currently after a timer runs out on a store the store closes or the timer is just removed. Adding an option to have selected products removed (Made inactive) after the timer runs would make it easier to manage products that require minimums or a different production method to exist in one store cleanly.

In other systems we have used, we were able to mark specific line items on an order as “backordered.” This enabled two important operational steps: • The packing slip clearly indicated which items were being shipped and which were still outstanding. • We could send an automated or manual email notification to the customer letting them know that part of their order was backordered and would ship later. Feature request: We would like the ability to mark a line item (or quantity within a line item) as “Backordered,” which would: 1) Display clearly on the order and packing slip which items are backordered. 2) Allow partial shipments while keeping the order open for remaining items. 3) Trigger or enable a customer notification that items are on backorder. 4) Maintain visibility of outstanding quantities until fulfilled. Example workflow: • Order contains 10 items. • 7 items are in stock and ship immediately. • 3 items are marked as backordered. • Packing slip shows shipped vs backordered quantities. • Customer receives an email notifying them that part of the order will ship later. This would significantly improve warehouse clarity and customer communication.

Basically, I'm looking for the ability to turn on/off the main options: Add text or add art. This would allow us to assign specific designs to a store and not let the customer add random crap.

Even better if we could edit the quantity that is in any said box.

The ability to specify 1 price for "pocket" side and another price for "Full Front", etc.

I was setting up stores via my shopify website where customers would click their collection and it goes to their special setup. The specific team stores and the designer got me mainly drawn to you guys. But I am finding there is still a lack in the ability to setup some of these sites with ease. I'm trying to setup a store that has Little League specific team swag they want but to have an image that they select to go to their products isn't readily available. It is a work around but it is wonky too if you don't know how to do some special work arounds. Right now, I am using content block with an image that has link to the page. That would work if it would stack correctly but it doesn't so I was able to right now ask chatgpt to code so they are next to each on mobile and desktop but they aren't cleanly next to each other on desktop. If there is a way to nest these pages on the navigation like the products would be helpful. I was working to play around with categories since you can add those. So if I don't categorize by products and only by teams that would work??
