A way to notify suppliers of issues with specific products/integrations

There are a lot of times that the integrations with the suppliers are lacking. Whether it is pictures, sizing information, or even entire products that are showing on S&S but not in the Inksoft Supplier Catalog. It would be great to have a way of reporting when there is a problem to the supplier so that they can get the specific details needed to resolve the issues on their end.

this takes a lot of time for everyone of us to fix these issues. This should be number one priority for Inksoft to get fixed. I should not have to be the middle man for this.

Valley Threadz Exactly. However some of these problems are in the supplier or manufacturer databases and Inksoft can't do anything about them. That's why I think the best solution would be a to have a 'report a problem' button on each product that can send a ticket to Inksoft with all of the back-end information from the data pull of that product. That specific information could be vital for the tech and database teams in Inksoft and the suppliers to potentially collaborate with each other to ensure these problems can be fixed quickly and effectively.

Rose Wortman It would also be help full after someone fixes the issue it would be available for all users to have it instead of every Inksoft customer fixing the same issue.

Valley Threadz as long as there is a way to confirm the accuracy of the fix, yes. Similar to how Google has a "Suggest an Edit" feature that sends the requested edit to the necessary team(s) for verification. If the individual fix is determined to be accurate it could then be adopted in the original database which would correct the issue for everyone. We would also need to be able to choose which of our changes get submitted as suggestions. For example I have a client who wants the product pictures on her store to be custom photos of her modeling the clothes - in that case me updating the images for those products is not a 'fix' and should not be reported in any feedback loop.
