Ability for multiple users to be notified of status changes

In legacy when an order was approved or paid for multiple people received emails. The sales rep, the company owner. The operations team. Each was able to do what they needed to get that order moving. Now on proposals apparently only the person who creates the proposal is notified. Would be great to let all important parties know without having to them email people. What if the person on the proposal is on vacation????

You should be able to setup email notifications for all proposals. (Like Printavo has.) If one team member starts the proposal, the customer approves it, an email notification should then be sent to the next team member to hand off the order and get it going. (Not just an email back to the team member who started the order.)

Yes absolutely. This is the one major feature Inksoft is missing. This is the reason I haven't been able to cancel my subscription that we carry with one of their competitors...
I think having this option would make IS look much more attractive and make new potential Inksoft customers more likely to sign up.

I would like to add to this: t if a question comes up from the production team, if a note is added or modified that a flag or some type of message is sent to the person who created the order / prop.

This capability existed in Legacy, and it exists in Stores (multiple email notification when store closes)... PLEASE add this to Proposals. We have been asking for this for a very long time!
