ability to add multiple products to the same art (Proposals)

I would really like to be able to add multiple products to the same art just like I can add multiple styles/colors of a product. This would be especially helpful when we're printing runs of shirts that include youth through adult sizes. We have jobs like this that we print a youth shirt, an adult shirt and then even hoodie or long sleeve along with all of those - all with the same art. We're only setting up once for all them. As it stands I have to edit the setup fee and quantity charges for each product and that is very time consuming.

Yes! I completely agree with this. I've only been using Inksoft for a little over a month, and this is one of the first issues I have run in to. I have already had multiple stores and orders that use the same art on different blanks, but I am not able to price those out unless I go in and do it manually.

Proposals would be more efficient if we could add multiple products under a single mockup. Right now every product we include charges the customer another set up fee. If I have a proposal that includes an 8000, 8400, 18500 and they are all being printed with the same logo there should only be 1 set-up fee calculated to arrive at the final price. Being able to add multiple products under a single mock-up would also solve the problem of not meeting our minimum order of 12 for screen printing. If I have 4 8000'2, 4 8400's and 4 18500's I will get a message on each one saying that the minimum is not met when it is actually is

I have been addressing this same issue for years. Clients purchase several different styles for the exact same design and therefore, should have the same setup calculated among them. The setup in your system should not be limited to only one style - it should allow us to add it to several styles at a time so the setup could be evenly distributed without us having to manually edit the setup of each pertinent style.

If you do 48 shirts with some mens, kids & ladies. The printing price is all messed up. Would be nice if you could group them to the same artwork. Or say everything in the "Section" gets the same printing

In Proposals it would be helpful if you are using the same artwork over 3 garments that the pricing is based on all the units combined.
Currently we are creating one item with the artwork and total garments being purchased to get the setup and print price. Then we go back and add each item and have to override the print price.

I have customers that will have four or five items with the same logo decorated on them. It would be great if the system would automatically add up the total number of units using logo A and give the correct decoration cost across all items.

Kristine Hamaty: I do not have an update to provide at this point, but I think we have another request for the same thing, so if I can find that and merge them together, this will have a lot more votes when they are combined.
