Ability to make changes to due date and in hands date

Why can't we make changes to the Due Date and In Hands Date once order is approved in inksoft core?!!! I understand locking the price and details once approved but there should be some flexibility in being able to make changes on shipment and due date details. We service a lot of schools and we are receiving orders for delivery that will be for July - August 2020. Some of our customers don't even know when they want their orders to be delivered due to Covid-19 pandemic We can't properly use and schedule on production

We tried making the changes of the In Hands Date and Delivery Date based on the Pick-Up but it didn't fix the problem of having a Flexible Delivery Date which is very crucial in our line of business. Please provide us an option where we could change/edit the In Hands Date and Delivery Date.

Any day now would be great. Seeing lately the due dates are not crossing over into production like they should.

Same for webstore orders. If we push back the deadline for a store and we updated the pick up date, customers who originally placed the order should be updated about the new pick up/ship date.

This needs to happen sooner then later, it is very frustrating, it also need to update every where with out releasing the job.

We have a very little access to modify the shipping details and this is unacceptable. We need to have at least an access to adjust In Hands Date and Shipping Date even though the proposal approved and moved to order manager. Also the artwork file we added is not even included under production for us to easily view it. What is the purpose of adding an art if it's not gonna be visible in the production?
