Ability to revert order status

We are all humans who sometimes make mistakes or click buttons we didn't mean to click. This becomes a problem when someone accidentally marks an order as "ready for pickup" when it is still in production. We need to be able to revert or "undo" orders that have been marked as "ready to ship/pick up" so they return to their assigned jobs. Today, my boss accidentally marked an order as "ready for pickup" that hasn't even been assigned to a job yet. Now when I process the orders from that store, the order he marked will not appear on the work order or in the production cards. This is a problem because now I have to either a) create a new order with the same items and override the prices to zero, or white out the work order when I print it off and update it by hand. That's pretty time-intensive compared to just having an "undo" button.

Or when someone marks all orders as complete, and there is no way to go through the completed order list and check the checkboxes and change their status back to new or in progress.
The suggestion Inksoft gave me was to go into each order and click the production card and change its status there, but that solution does not work for custom line items. And if it did work, every order would have to be gone through individually.

Yep, we do that now and then too! We don't use all of the functions the same way that you do it sounds like, so it's less of a problem for us, but still annoying!
