Add ability to change statement descriptor

Use the Stripe dynamic statement descriptor API to include the name of the store in a purchase. For those that have many different stores, this would help remove confusion among customers who might not recognize the main store name.

Despite Ty's reply below (and closing this topic), Stripe has told me the opposite - it would prevent confusion and charge disputes.

We have researched this, and we found that there are limitations in this use, and if we were to try to implement this the way it is suggested, it would trigger fraud alerts.

Ty Hadley: That's disappointing. We use statement descriptor suffixes for manual payments and it helps customer remember/understand what they purchased. I don't understand how adding a suffix would cause fraud alerts but anyway.
