Yes!!!!!!! Literally because we are always trying up sell our customers!!! Or they change their mind and to have to make a whole new proposal creates another order for the customer and sometimes they don't like that.

Hello! Makenzie from the product team here. We are looking to dig deeper into this feedback to make sure we are addressing the right problems with this update. I have spoken to a few of you, but if anyone else here is interested in providing some insights, we'd love to connect with you! Please reply here and I will send an email to you with further information.

Makenzie Hurd Hello Makenzie! Yes, we often have clients wanting to add another color that was not originally in their proposal, or another type of shirt and being unable to add it to the order after approval has been a hassle at times. I would love to give more details if you need!

Makenzie Hurd Hi Makenzie! We would like the ability to add new SKUs to a customer submitted order (not just proposals). *SKUs that were not a part of the original order.

Makenzie Hurd Yes, basically, as of now if there is an order that has already been approved and in our orders Queue, if someone requests an additional item we are unable to make edits to it. We cannot add the new item, we can only add more of the items that are already included in the order if that makes sense....
For example if someone orders 50 shirts, approves and pays for the order, and then calls and asks if they could also add 50 hoodies as well, rather than having to make a whole new order, it would be nice to be able to just edit the order to be able to add the hoodies to the same order.

Makenzie Hurd we would like to be able to add a product to the order . Example we get an email from a customer they ordered the t-shirt but wanted the sweatshirt.

Hi Makenzie, we deal with a lot of hi-vis and workwear items that when an order is placed and then there isnt enough quantities to fill we can not replace the product with another. Even if we could add and delete the old would be a step up compared to javing to refund recreate and reapply payment. Even with some of the casual wear we have this issue. If you have any additioanl questions please let me know!

Makenzie Hurd thank you for looking into this option, here is how I see it, you create a proposal, send it to the customer and they approve it, then it becomes an order, but many time the customers want to add, remove or change something in the order, so being able to edit the orders (not the proposals) it will be great but still be able to send the customer an approval or payment link from our email it will be really good, once an approval becomes an order the only way to have the customer see the changes is by sending a request payment form InkSoft and those emails might go into spam or get overlooked since they don't see our email as the sender. I hope this makes sense; I can discuss in more detail. Thank you.

Makenzie Hurd I agree with everyone is saying. Why this would be benifical to me is we started an order and then the client adds another product. Right now we would need to create a new order. The problem with that comes in the packing department. We can state there is another order to go along with the current order they are packing but they never look at the order to see the note. So it becomes a problem where the client then has to make multiple trips for multiple orders instead of being able to adding in the extra products to the single order.

Makenzie Hurd, if you are working on this change the larger question is: why is anything on the order locked? We should be able to edit everything, not just add a new product. My client many times doesn't have a PO number yet when the order needs to start and then receives it once in production and that field is also locked. Orders are still dynamic once in production and clients love to make changes!

Makenzie Hurd this is an absolute must. It is a pain to have to delete the order or create a new one after a client has paid and then decides to add one more shirt!

I agree, I have askes for this before.
