Add Store Name to ShipStation Orders
Kevin Watson
Once an order is exported to ShipStation, there is no way to tell what InkSoft store it came from if you're running multiple stores at one time. The Custom Field 1 could be populated with the store name that would allow the user to filter out orders you want to ship or print packing slips for

This is a must have! We have different email templates for each store and it is very difficult to assign the different templates to the orders since there is no field telling us which store it is from.

Cole Weinman: looks like they implemented this https://updates.inksoft.com/4-21-0-update-shipstation-integration-to-export-store-details-162038

Kevin Watson: Hey Kevin, the filter is great. Its an easy way to filter your view however it doesn't resolve a major flaw. Fulfillment requires what Cole Weinman recommended. We are currently dealing with this. We need to channel multiple fulfillment stores into ship station
Separately
so that we can create custom branded email notifications to the customers of that specific store. Right now we can only use the same branding and email notifications for ALL Inksoft orders. Am I explaining this correctly?
Example:
Someone orders from our Inksoft store "LIFE VEST" and then someone orders something from our Inksoft store "#FloQast" they both get the same email notification and tracking page branding because it's coming through our 1 Inksoft selling channel and we can only set custom branding & tracking pages per selling channel.
This completely removes the personal customer experience from the final process of the sale :/

Gabe: Technically you can send different email templates in ShipStation by using automation rules. Example automation rule attached.

Kevin Watson: WOAH! Thank you!!! I had already been on support with Shipstation and they didn't even show me this. Thank you!
