For adding logos onto sleeves for proposals, I think that you should be able to add more than one design per section (If that makes sense). For example, I have a customer who wants two different designs for a sleeve idea. They want a design at the upper part of their sleeve, and a different design along the forearm section. They are two totally different designs, and I can't place both because when creating proposals, you can only add one per section.
