Adjust Logo Between Product Colours

Often the photos of items provided by the suppliers are not consistent between the different colours (ie. they are being worn by different models doing different poses, shirts being spread out in different ways) so when you add a logo to one, it shows up in a different location depending on the colour. We have had some clients complain about this, and I would love to be able to manually do a slight adjustment to the logo within the 'edit style & design' function. This would enable us to, for example, keep all logos on a left chest, instead of having some of them too high or low.

Yes this is one of the biggest struggles we run into!

Absolutely agree! We've had to not offer certain colors because the mock up wouldn't work.

We have been having this problem for a few years. To solve it, we have gone to supplier website and downloaded new pictures (typically they have the same model wearing on their website) or we get a picture of a flat so they are all consistent, make sure you pick the same resolution to download. From here you must go to Products, Manage Products, search for the product. In the Colors & Images section, upload the photos in place of the current selections that are wrong or not consistent. I usually change them all, mainly the front images. This can be a pain for shirts that have many colors.
Another thing we have done is delete the product entirely, then reload. This solves sometimes, but can be an issue if you have stores that are active with the specific product.

Al Russell: Yes, this works, but is VERY TIME CONSUMING. It would be helpful to edit the logo within the product decorator for each color.

Taylor Hettle: I understand. We have spent many man hours trying to resolve these issues so that we can maintain a certain amount of professionalism. It does get a bit embarrassing when customers complain. Like others, we avoid certain styles and colors when this becomes an issue. Some type of resolution would be very helpful and productive.
