Please! Please! Please! "Art Notes" at the store level, and before production.

At the store level, while uploading art in "Store Art" we need to be able to add notes as well as supporting attachments. These would then carry into "Production Cards" and "Jobs", showing up under the "Art Notes" and "Attachment" sections for the "Job Art" each time it's used.

Ideally we could add this when uploading art to the store.

Would also be nice to add or edit later from the "Active Art" page by selecting the drop down, 3 dot menu for each art item.
