Artwork Quantity Discount

When creating a proposal, I have customers order 5 t-shirts 10 hoodies and 20 long sleeve with the same artwork. I would like to be able to a check box saying the items get a qty price break based on the total item checked. Instead of having to go in and over write each style to get the qty break.

Accumulative Quantity

Why is it that Inksoft does not use the accumulative of the total quantities of products when making a proposal? I know this issue is supposedly being resolved. This means that when I am making a proposal I have to over ride the print pricing. Fine, I can get around that. But the other problem is that the set up fees are calculated the same way. That means while using multiple products the quantity is broken down by the product and not the total quantity. So my set up fees do not register because I have my minimums set up in the pricing grid to reflect the minimum quantity per amount of colors.

Grouping Setup Costs

We should be able to group items in a proposal so that the setup charge is divided out into two products instead of loading a setup charge for each of them and then having to revise the cost for it manually.
Example:
12-PC55 and 12-PC78H being loaded into the proposal with the same thing being printed on it. My setup charge for 1 screen is $30. This needs to be divided out by the 24 items equally. With the way proposals are setup now, I load the PC55 with a $30 setup charge and then the PC78H with a $30 setup charge and have to revise each of them to $15 for it to be accurate. I am proposing that we have the ability to group the two products together in the proposal so that the manual revision of the setup charge doesn’t have to happen and it automatically divides the setup charge into the 24 items accurately?

Agreed! This is a huge issue for us as well. We do all our pricing based on total pieces with the same design. Whether it be t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, etc. We need to be able show the price breaks for total items and not single styles. We have to go in and edit the pricing on EVERY proposal we do which is time consuming and defeats the purpose of us paying for InkSoft in the first place. We would like to work smarter, not harder. Thanks!
