Bag Labels for Individual Store Orders

It would be great if there was a way to print labels for individual orders for the stores we have. We do a lot of local fundraisers and such for our local schools and non-profits and we would love to print a sheet of labels even with just the name of the customer to stick to the bags as we individually label and bag everyone's orders. We don't ship much or we would print a shipping label. Thanks!

Was anything ever done with this post?

I would 100% love to see this as we package a lot of individual orders for school pick up

When items are being picked up instead of shipped it would be great if ink soft core could generate a 4x6 label similar to the shipping label that indicates the order number, customers name, date it was marked ready for pick up, & possibly the stores logo.

I would like to be able to print customer labels from that are not being shipped but going into bags

It is understandable that we do not want a packing slip on the outside of the box if it is being shipped. However, being able to print a label that can be on the outside of a box for customers that are being picked up or if we are delivering locally not through a carrier.
Some features I would like to see that would fit onto a label.
Customer Name
Order#
What is inside the box. Black Tee S-26 M-39 L-12
Number of boxes 1 of 12, 2 of 12, etc
PO# if applicable
We currently are manually typing this information in Notepad and printing onto a Zebra printer 4" X 6" label. This should not replace the packing slips if companies out there need a copy of a packing slip and we want the client to sign for the packing slip. We also need the ability to split the items up into which box they are in by clicking some check boxes inside Inksoft when creating this label. The ability to have the store name or organization name on the label as well so when someone receives their item they remember it is for the swim club.

Made a template for each store and print them on a 4”x6” dymo 4XL printer. We copy the pickup/delivery info for each one and print them for each order
This would save hours of work when stores close and easier identification for distribution

That's a great idea for a work around, but this should still be part of InkSoft. Should be one integrated system, not pieces of this and that.
