One of our client stores has 2,000 users, and unfortunately has terminated 500 people so we need to delete them as users as well as their unused gift certificates. It would make our lives so much easier if we could batch upload a file and delete the user and gift certificate rather than either searching for user by page to bulk delete, and manually deleting each individual gift cert.
