Bulk Email
Brian Stephenson
Ability to select bulk orders and type one mail to all recipients.
Similar to selecting all for packing slips.
We have stores that we'd like to send out one email to all customers about an update, delay or thank you. It would allow us to enter one email vs multiple individual orders.
With Covid, we've had to change pickup locations for School orders. And contacting each customer is time consuming.

I am actually very surprised that we don't have a bulk email system already built in to inksoft!! This is one feature that should be fast tracked. Would be very useful. There is no easy way to communicate with customers especially if you need to update delivery info or whatever it might be.. Hey, OMG has it!

I would be nice to be able to send an update/email to all clients from a specific store.

Just copying and pasting my scenerio from my Facebook post here: We have multiple stores running at one time. One store closes with much greater success than anticipated. We want to sent out a mass email just to that store and those particular orders telling them to anticipate a delay by several days. It would be great to allow us to click on the orders to send an email and just compile the email right then and then and send.
We also see this need when a pickup location changes such as the coach wants to meet at a different location and time.
I see so many positives where a quick and easy email solution would be tremendous customer service.

This would be a great feature. I hate having to manualy type out emails to every individual customer.

I would like to be able to create an email that I can have sent to all of my users that ordered on a Store. It would be great if we could shoot out and email for feedback after an order has been received. Maybe an option to say "we have reopened this store, stop back by get x% (coupon) off"
