It would be a great feature to be able to add a message on the Cart Page.

Some stores have sale items and want to add "no return on sale items" message, or even a final "thank you for supporting [xyz]" message.

Some stores want to enforce a strict return policy, so even having a "user checkout agreement" they have to acknowledge before finalizing the purchase would be helpful.
