Charge setup fee once per design, across all print locations

Problem
Screen Print Pricing offers exactly one setup control: "Setup Charge per Side per Design." InkSoft multiplies it by the number of print locations, so a job with the same artwork on the front and the back bills the setup fee twice.
That does not match how screen print setup actually works for a shop, or how most shops quote it. The setup fee covers art prep, screen burning, and press setup for a design. Running that same design in a second location does add a screen, but it does not double the job setup, and shops that quote a flat per-design setup have no way to represent it here.
Today the only workarounds are to overcharge the customer, to zero out the setup charge and add the fee by hand on every single order, or to push the money into the per-shirt print price where it scales with quantity and stops being a setup fee at all. None of those are good.
Request
Add a per-design setup option alongside the existing per-side one. A simple toggle would do it:
Setup Charge applies: ( ) Per side, per design ( ) Once per design
With "Once per design" selected, a front-and-back job with one design bills setup once, and the per-side print price continues to bill per location as it does now.
An alternative that would also solve it: let Multiple Side Discounts apply to the setup charge, not only to print price. A "second side setup: 0%" setting would get us there without a new control.
Use case
We are a Phoenix print shop running screen print and DTF apparel. Our published price sheet quotes setup per design and charges separately for each added print location, which is the standard structure in our market. We cannot represent that in InkSoft, so our online store either overcharges two-sided jobs or requires a person to catch and discount every one of them before payment. That defeats the point of having a self-serve store.
Confirmed with support on 2026-09-11 that this is not currently possible and that a feature request was the right next step.
