I know this feature has been requested multiple times since 2020, but it obviously needs to be asked again. One existing request alone has 340 upvotes, so at this point I have to ask: what is the magic number of upvotes needed to make this happen?

I would like the ability to assign multiple pre-approved designs to a single product and allow the customer to choose their design when ordering.

For example, I may have a team store with 4 approved designs. Instead of creating the same shirt 4 separate times, I should be able to create the shirt once and assign all 4 designs to it.

On the storefront, the product could show “4 Designs” so customers know there are multiple options available.

When they open the product, there could be a “Choose Your Design” option where they select from the 4 designs assigned to that product. Selecting a design should also update the product preview so they can see their choice on the garment.

These would be designs selected and approved by the store owner. The customer would not need to open or use the Designer.

This would cut down on duplicate products, make team stores easier to build and maintain, and create a cleaner shopping experience for customers.
