There should be a way for orders that don't need to be produced or shipped to skip the order system entirely.

Items dropshipped to the customer, services like art fees and store setup, invoices for items already produced, etc still have to be walked through the order process (and given made up pickup locations called things like "service" or "internal".). It would be helpful if on the proposal you could indicate that some or all items don't need to be produced and let the production cards and/or the entire order complete themselves automatically.
