Teddy I would recommend asking this kind of question with our Support directly. This has my attention now though:

You can create Gift Certificates in bulk, but you cannot create Discount Codes in bulk. An important difference between the two is Gift Certificates act as cash value, so they maintain the tax on the subtotal. Coupons though will lower the value of the products and thus, charge less tax than a Gift Certificate would.

If you need to setup bulk Gift Certificates, please reach out to Support (support@inksoft.com, 1-800-410-3048 x1x1) so we can give you a tutorial on that.
