Create Links To Pages Inside Site

Currently if we create a new page, the only way to get to it is through the main menu. If I want to highlight a page and put a link, it opens in a new tab (and new cart). Would be great if we can highlight a page in a banner and have the link send us to that page inside the same page/cart.

I would like the ability to choose weather a banner click url would open in a new window or in the same. I think all placing of url links should be able to choose how you want that url to open.
