Create two different payment acceptance option controls. One that controls the traditional side "order/proposal" manager. And the other that controls the online designer. Currently, if I turn the option of payment to "Not Required", then it makes it so customers who are being invoiced the traditional way, along with those using the designer can't submit payment.

I need the designer to be able to submit for pricing review before asking for a payment and I need the normal traditional way of invoicing to be able to collect payment once customer approves their proposal.
