Have the ability to create custom reports with ALL of the available data that is available, as currently there is only a select number of variants available per report. Basically, need the order export file as a report + have the ability to do a quick store summary by SKU and total QTY by SKU

I completely agree.

We are finding the restricted reports to be very odd. Why not provide all the data. There are many reports that have missing key data that is other wise unfindable except thru looking each single order.
