Customer from a store be put into CRM

If there was a way to go into a past order, and populate that customer information ( address, email, and phone number) that would be great. This would be very helpful. Also wish you could add all details to a customer in one place when you are setting up

In addition to this, it would be great if when I add a customer's information to the CRM, then a User Account is generated for that Main Store associated with the CRM, so that the customer can log into that Main Store and have access to their order even if it was made in a Proposal. As of right now, I have to go into the Dashboard and create the User Account from there for the customer's information to be added to the CRM.

Hi Sergio, I just want to be sure it's clear that User Accounts associated with Stores do populate the CRM, but it is true that if someone checks out as a guest they do not currently do that. Thank you for your feedback!

Ty Hadley: Hi Ty Thanks for the reply. Then can this be updated to even guest accounts populate our CRM - we should have all their details like Name, email, address etc.

Sergio Garofalo: I understand what you're asking for, and I'm keeping your request open with that in mind! I just wanted to make sure to clarify that we currently do that with anyone that did sign up for an account to avoid any confusion for our other users that view this post.
