Customer Input Sizes for Proposals
S
STEP. screen printing
A feature that would allow you to create the mock-up for a proposal, then send it to the customer for them to input their sizes and quantities and then see their pricing and check-out. This is essetially the way customers check-out when using the designer. It would be nice to be able to use this type of interface for proposals as well.
Another adaptation of this that would be helpful is for customers who regularly place bulk re-orders. For instance uniforms. If they could choose the item they want to re-order, enter their sizes and quantities and see how their order volume affects their pricing, then check out once satisified.
This would avoid the customer having to use a site that's tailored for retail sales, or the back and forth with the customers that sometimes accompanies traditional proposals.

A relatively easy way for InkSoft achieve this is with a simple CART SHARE feature. Design the product, add 1 to the cart and send the link to the customer and the customer takes it from there.
EDIT:
I just found our you can do this from the backend.
Log out > Create the design > Add 1 Piece to the Cart > Close the Browser.
Log in - Stores > Abandoned Carts > Find and Open the Abandoned Cart > Copy Customer Cart Link
Send the cart link to the customer.
Make sure you're not logged in when you create the design and close the browser before you log in, or else the design will be associated with your account and when you share the link with the customer it will ask the customer to log in.
( I know this is not as clear cut and you had hoped, but a work around. I hope this helps )
