We would love to request the ability to customize the message displayed on the password entry page when a store is set to Private.
At the moment, Store Admin → Privacy Settings only allows us to toggle the store as Public or Private and set the password. While this is helpful, having the option to edit the text/message shown on that login page would greatly improve the customer experience.
This feature would be especially useful for:
providing branded welcome instructions
adding event- or campaign-specific messaging
guiding users on who to contact for access
explaining store access requirements
adding temporary notices or support details
For example, we may want to display a message such as:
“Welcome to the Walmart Swag Store. Please enter the password provided by your program administrator. For access concerns, contact our team.”
This small customization would make private stores feel more professional, branded, and user-friendly.
