I think it would benefit the platform to have the ability for Inksoft stores to automatically switch from Digital print to Screen Print past a quantity cutoff (such as below 12pcs sends order as Digital, 12 or above sends it as screen printing.)

Agreed but with a slight modification: It would be even more beneficial to have the decoration method as a selection for the customer (screen print, DTF, DTG, embroidery) and have those selections tied to set minimums and price matrices and have the system automatically detect when it becomes beneficial to do screen printing over digital based on the pricing matrix/number of colors in the design.
