And to account for needing it QUICKER TOO!! We get customers who go back and look at their confirmation all worried about the calculated ship date looking like it will be forever for them to get their order because the system goes with the LONGEST SHIP date possible. If we could simply edit the ship date despite the turnaround time selected? On another platform we use, you have a standard turnaround time and when an order comes in, you can select a quicker ship date that the customer can see so if they need it sooner, they know you plan on shipping it sooner and don't send a "freaking out" email.

Same for webstore orders. If we push back the deadline for a store and we updated the pick up date, customers who originally placed the order should be updated about the new pick up/ship date.

We have issues with this as well...especially with our contractors. We should be able to change dates as jobs change.

With an automated email update added would be really cool. Shoot out an email to customers with the updated date.

Assuming this fits within this request: we have had major issues with creating accurate ship/ delivery dates without having to create a handful of workaround shipping options. Would love to have a simple drop down cal to select the "in-hands" or "deliver by" date and shipping/production times work backwards from the date selected as a "order by __date for 7 business day turnaround", "order by __date for 4 day rush" *this selection would then add fee for 4 day rush.
