It would be extremely nice to have full control of all the email templates to remove the ones we dont want, to add new ones (not just edit) and have it always apply to all new stores so we can skip that step.

this is 4 years old and it is STILL relevant, today. It's more important now than it was back in 2020. We need to be able to add new ones, edit the welcome email, etc.

Having the store logo in the template auto-scale so they don't appear squished if outside of the set dims would be great.

And an ability to set a template as the default so we don’t have to apply it every time we make a store.

There also needs to be a separate option to edit the cancellation reasons.

I have a tier 2 ticket in for the %items% piece as well because with 6 personalization fields now available you can barely read it when it displays in the email, this whole feature needs a revamp!
