Full rebuild of the Gift Certificate / Gift Card functionality to add an easily dropped in 'by store' capacity to add Gift Cards / Gift Certificates. This would include:

• Ability to pre-define static Gift Card Values (e.g. $5, $10, $25, $50, etc.)

• Ability to allow visitor to set their own Gift Card value which translates into a dollar amount in the Shopping Cart

• Ability to automatically send a purchased Gift Card to a target email address

• Ability to grant permissions to purchase Gift Cards to only specific Users within a given Store

• Ability to include a personalized message with a 'Gift Card' sent via email delivery

• Ability to 'white label' Gift Cards with client-specific Store Branding

• Automated generation of Gift Card codes without manual intervention

• Ability to view / filter the Gift Cards by Store, showing Issued Amounts, Used Amounts, Remaining Balances

• Ability to set 'Gift Card' Expiration Dates on a 'per product' basis
