Gift certificate reporting improvements

Currently, the gift certificate report will display the current balance, and/if any amount was used what that amount was, but it does not list original issued amount, or any audit log of increases or decreases (amounts, dates)

We need to see an audit log - we allow customers to use their gift certificate in store (different POS system) in addition to the webstore. We will note the reason for the decrease, but we can't see the audit trail on the individual gift certificate, nor can we export a report that shows it. Another option in addition to void/decrease, i.e. redeemed would be a tremendous help.

Adding to this! The History does not export in the reports.
