Have an option to mark order status differently for items being produced outside of our shop or a way to customize it.

It would be great to be able to customize the status button to read "Promos" or "In Art Department". I have worked with programs that let you do that and color code it as well. Any promo item that we send out just stays as "New" through the whole process.

Yes! This!!!!! 15% of our business is outsourced and that number is growing rapidly! Would be awesome to have a way to label it so we know where it is!
