LINKING PURCHASE ORDER TO ORDER

Once a purchase order has been created - the purchase order number is linked to each individual piece within an order - Being able to open an order and know exactly what purchase order it belongs to just like we are able to do with the jobs. Once an order is complete - this PO number would remain with the order to be able to reference in the future.

We have added the ability to link one or multiple purchase orders to an item within an order.
The PO number associated with an order item is a clickable link that will open the PO in a new tab. This information can be referenced at any point in the order cycle.

Courtney Mayers: This is not showing up on my end. Am I doing something wrong?

The Lettering Machine: It's somewhat hard to tell from the screenshot alone. My first question that can help us here fairly quickly -- are you in SalesDoc? This update was for our SalesDoc environment only.

Yes!! It would be great if the PO number was linked in product section of the order. If it is marked as "PURCHASED" you could click on that and it would take you right to the purchase order. Just like the the Job Number that is linked in the bottom right hand corner of the product in each order.
