Need to associate any proposal with any store
completed
Amy Kritzman
We produce proposals when customers email or call in. The customer and product might be associated with any store. Many of our stores create rebates for their sponsors. We are in BIG trouble if we are taking orders that cannot be tied back to the fund raising store. Big Bad surprise!!!

Hello! We are currently reviewing this request and exploring a possible solution to make this feature a reality. Based on our research so far, here are just some of our expectations on what it means to change the store for any given proposal, and what impacts that might have:
- You should be able to assign a Contact to a proposal, and then assign any Store you want.
- You should be able to assign a User Account to a proposal, and have their Store be automatically assigned.
- User Accounts should be able to see their Proposal orders in their Store’s user account portal.
- Branding/info and Pricing is based on the Proposal’s assigned Store.
Please share your thoughts and feedback within this thread, we would love to hear from you!

You can now associate a proposal to a store giving you the flexibility to carry through stores specific settings, such as pricing, store branding, pick up locations etc.

Manually enter an order and assign it to a specific store

When adding a manual order, there should be an option to select which store to assign it to rather than only the default store.

Add Orders to a Store from the Back End

PLEASE figure out a way to add an order to store from the back end allowing for manual payment entry. It would be so much easier to enter orders on the back end instead of having to go through each microsite to enter an order.

Add our company name and logo and customers name to quotes

In proposals our Company name and logo does not appear on the "cover sheet" or the actual quote. In fact, the only company name and logo that appears for our customers to see is Ink Soft. This is a major design flaw and in my opinion renders what could be a great product completely useless.
In a separate suggested idea I have recommended the removal of the cover page all together.
On the quote page our company name and logo should be in the upper left hand corner, like a letterhead.
Also our customers company and contact name should be on this. Especially being that this is essentially a bill we are requesting them to approve and pay.

Christian Blanco: Do you guys have an idea of when these could go live in InkSoft?

Proposals that Create a User Acct
Sojo ~id~
Creating a User Account for the customer so they can see order history/track orders is only available with Store functionality, not with Proposals currently - this would be an excellent Feature Request! I could see if being really helpful when creating a Proposal to have the option to add the Proposal to a User Account/give the option to create a User Account with login details via a Proposal.

Branded Proposals

It would be great if you could add your brand to the proposals, change the button colors on the proposal page to match your brand colors.
