New Order/Payment Status

Lately, we have had a bunch of orders that initially show as FAILED in our system so we cancel them and then a day or two later the payment goes through and shows in the Inksoft Payment Portal as PAID. I am suggesting having a new payment status called VERIFYING or something like that either sends an email to a contact person of our choosing or something we can filter by to catch these orders.

Yep, I had that same problem and had contacted support about it! Haven't heard any updates lately though. If the payment doesn't go through, it isn't supposed to let the order go through.
