NO Inventory Warning Message
M
Mario Matos
The concept of checking inventory levels is almost useless, the "warning" that there is NO inventory available, needs to be shown BEFORE the item is sent to the cart. The message appears now in the shopping cart. The user does not know WHAT item does not have ANY inventory. This makes NO sense whatsoever. As an-end user entering multiple items into the shopping cart, I will have to delete ALL the items to find out what items are out of stock. With the supply chain issues that we ALL are having; this could be one of the most powerful tools of Inksoft if properly implemented. From the end-user point of view, I cannot imagine ANY possible scenario that this feature can be of ANY use as is. As an end-user I will be upset if the message appears at the end in the shopping cart, and not knowing what item is out of stock in the shopping cart. Please correct.

This is a feather inside Sthals Fulfil Engine software. Inside each color option if the inventory is limited or out of stock shows a symbol that states that there is limited available. We should be able to have this option as well.

Amazing that this is still a problem today and was asked to be fixed over a year ago. Where you at inksoft??

This was the whole reason I joined Inksoft; but now Im finding this feature dosent work as it should, now my customers are complaining about this very issue where they cant see inventory levels.
It already shows it on the products backend! How hard is it to show inventory levels on the front too?

When we have entered a specific inventory and chosen Enforce My Inventory for a product, after the last one is sold the customer still sees an option to enter a quantity, just is not able to add to cart, but they don't have any info that tells them it is out of stock. The countdown is great, but it would be even better if once the item was sold out it actually told the customer it is Out of Stock.

Clunky problem for the end-user. It's a bit confusing for them when they need to take so many steps to simply change to another size/color. Just not intuitive.

This is beyond frustrating for my customers. They get so excited because they think something is in stock, put it in their cart, go to check out and realize that nothing that they just spent all of their precious time putting in the cart is out of stock!!

Becky Yarnall: The sooner the better Inksoft.

If this is not addressed we will probably have to cancel Inksoft account.
