On the All Orders page, we need the ability to mark an order as "in progress" once someone on our team prints the packing slip (what we use to enter in our orders from InkSoft to our actual workflow software). Right now the only option we have is to mark "ready to ship / pickup" or "mark as completed". This confuses customers because we are having to put "ready to ship / pickup" when we print the order information so that we do not duplicate individual orders.

Our other platform we use for online stores allows us to mark each order as "processing" (or "in progress") before it is technically "ready to ship".
