It would be wonderful if the option existed for customers to pay a partial amount of the full payment so we could have money down to start a project and the customer doesn't have to pay the full amount up front.

Currently, if a client wants to put half down, then I have to create a new invoice for half of the amount, send that over to the client, and then record the payment on the original invoice.

Inksoft, please allow the option for partial payments on proposals.
