Currently, you only capture phone numbers for orders that need to be shipped. PLEASE capture phone numbers for pick-up orders too, to make it easier when we need to call when orders are ready for pick-up. Otherwise, we must add a custom field for EVERY new store we create that offers pick-up service--which is how most of our stores are set up. AND if we add the phone number custom field, it will force the user to enter their phone number twice if they are having items shipped to them. It seems a bit ridiculous when that info can be so easily captured in every order no matter how our customers choose to receive their items.
