yes...this seems almost necessary to most businesses and really handcuffs us most days with trying to get paid

Customer accounting departments are fairly picky about what is listed on an invoice, including the word invoice. If they are unable to have all the applicable information they delay payment. This is extremely important addition for Inksoft, allowing for faster payment of orders.

I agree. Another improvement from the invoicing side is the capability to have the billing address on the invoice when printed out. Currently the invoice will show the name, and organization.
Every online transaction I've completed shows the billing, and often the shipping address if applicable.

The printing of the orders is ridiculous. You get the best and most detailed printed report from proposals (with a proposal number only no invoice number) but once you save as an order you can only print a "Packing Slip" or "Receipt". The "Packing Slip" which does not have a dollar amount on it, but it does have customer contact info and the product SKU. IF you print a "Reciept" it does not have customer information or SKU information and the order of it is all over the place.

Yes, it should also have the ability to print invoices from orders that has been completed and archived.

AND if you have a changed after the order is created the Proposal is not updated with the new total. I printed the receipt and it did have the updated total on it, but the invoice didn't.
