I wanted to reach out to clarify a bit of confusion regarding the terminology used in the platform when setting up shipping and delivery estimates.

When entering an Expected Production Date in the order settings, the system shows this formula:

Estimated Delivery Date = Production Date + Processing Days + Days in Transit

However, in the Shipping Method settings, the only related field I see is called Production Time.

From what I can tell, “Processing Days” and “Production Time” are actually the same thing—but they’re labeled differently in different parts of the system, which makes it a little confusing when trying to accurately calculate and communicate timelines to customers.

Please consider aligning the terminology across the platform for clarity and efficiency.
