Luis, That is best suggestion for this platform. However, pre-decorated items do not show up in the store admin.

cathie@graphicsinprint.com Yes they do. Click on Add existing and type the decorated product sku number. If it does not appear, search for it in the Manage Products section and click through the product details and scroll down to the "Store & Categoy Assignment" and make sure your store is selected and the status is Active.

I had a store with blank items. I spoke with a tech at Ink Soft and they said I would not be able to access the products in the admin.

I can access it in the Products, Manage products area, but not in the admin.

cathie@graphicsinprint.com If you can access the Mange Products page like the screenshoot above, then you are already in the Inksoft Admin area. If you only have access to the Store Admin area, then you must ask the Inksoft administrator to add the pre-decorated item to your store first.

I'm referring to the Store Admin.

We joined I.S. in 2015 and the techs were easy to reach. Since the mergers of other companies it seems the techs are extremely busy. They all do a great job but it's not easy to reach them when you're working on a store. It takes time to get email responses. Help isn't at our fingertips so to speak.

I appreciate your help and comments with this subject. I'm sure you know the system much better than myself. :-)
