Proposal Notes to Production

To have the ability to add notes to the proposal (ones my customer can not see) and have them transfer over to the production team/tab from the Proposal.

We could increase efficiency by decreasing the times we need to go back to a prop to reference notes. Notes should follow the order from the beginning of the prop and into production.

If this was in use we could spend less time and tabs on going back and checking on notes. Once an order is created those notes should carry over into the order and in the Production tab. 
It is redundant to go back in the Proposal to check notes, go back to the Order and check notes, and for reoccurring orders go back and check all (3) proposal, order and production notes. 
This same scenario is also true for invoicing. If the INVOICE was available within the order we could spend less time going back to the proposal.

Additionally to carry through to the Order Notes would be great, too, in the event there are some shipping instructions, etc.
