Since the upgrade you got rid of total quantity price break option and went to a price break per unit. We still need the ability to set a total price break per range.

Ie

3-5 units = $5.00 off total

6-8 units =$10.00 off total

9-11 units=$15.00 off total

This logic use to be there but was removed with the payment processor upgrade
