Please allow us to require the customer to enter their phone number when they checkout.

We just had multiple customers who ordered things that are no longer available and we need to contact them via phone. All of these orders dont have phone numbers so thats super fun.

I'm currently manually adding a phone number field to the custom order fields inside each of my stores, but the phone number field is already right there, just make it required. Please.
