This is crucial.. looks like this thread goes back 3 years & still hasn't been implemented.

We're looking to have our customer service team be able to create proposals, but not have higher level Admin permissions.

I've been trying to figure out how to have an account for an outside salesperson that I don't want to have access to EVERY customer and order.  They would need to be able to enter proposals and edit products and pricing.  I don't necessarily want them to be able to see all our customers and all the orders we're currently processing - just their own.

Any update to this? This is a feature that I was surprised wasn't available currently. Hoping this can be implemented soon!

This is critical... My virtual assistant artist in India, and should NOT have access to refund money in the order manager. It's hindering the growy of my company.

Refunding money and deleting orders should only be ad administrator levels.

Please help!!!

Very happy to see this as some of our employees need permissions to create stores and proposals but don’t need access to everything else in Inksoft.

I am so happy to see this planned! This is one of the biggest features missing so that our production & shipping team can log in to see the job schedule, art, and shipping addresses. Protecting any private information such as pricing & invoiced amounts.
