Same contact different companies

I would like to be able to use the same email for different companies. I am running out of ways to put in companies for the same owner.

I have run into the same issue - I have 1 customer who is tied into 2 different companies/groups, she uses the same email for everything, however we want to keep the two groups separate, and at the moment we can not.
