Have ALL the correct images and all the active colors for all products on Inksoft. And have the necessary print regions drawn on every product. We as paying customers should not have to update every single product. I contacted Sanmar and Inksoft about this and they both blame each other.

I agree. The images should also all be done in a way that when you give multiple color options on predesigned products that the artwork doesn't end up on the face or belly of some images of one color while being correctly placed on another. That would seem to be SanMar to me. Another option would be to be able to adjust placement of the art on any image that is incorrect while not affecting the others.

Yes, keeping item colors updated is essential.

This is the main reason I am moving off the platform. It is 100% on the Inksoft side and the way they import the data.

I agree we pay Inksoft. I also own other wholesale business where the software company we use corrects all the data feeds from the manufactures if needed. They also it in about 24 hours once brought to their attention.

This is such a pain in the ass. They should have a small team of product managers to go through all the products and verify against the suppliers' websites. This is one place where Inksoft fails. Inksoft can blame Sanmar all day, we are paying Inksoft for stores, not Sanmar.
